Izzy & Will's Farm Engagement Shoot in Wiltshire

We picked a Friday evening for these guys engagmenet shoot in the hope we'd get some of that beautiful, low evening sun that's been peeking around lately, and although there was no stellar sunset we did get some beautiful light.

Izzy & Will are getting married at Will's parent's farm in Wiltshire in June and having their couple's shoot here was the perfect excuse for me to have  nosy round before the big day, and snap some beautiful photos of them in the countryside which is familiar to them. So, along with their dogs we took a stroll around the fields and woods and snapped some photos .We also ventured inside a very overgrown greenhouse (I have a bizarre soft spot for greenhouses.. I think it's all the lines?!)

Sometimes these shoots can come across as intimidating, or even unnecessary, but it is so lovely to get a chance to chat with my couples before the wedding day. The first ten minutes are generally nerves of 'oh god, are we doing this right?!' and after that it's just a relaxed walk, chatting, snapping and in the end you get some lovely images of the two of you.

It means come the wedding day you have got all the nerves out of the way and we're straight to the good stuff - happy, smiling, natural photographs.

"Just looking at all your lovely photos again! Such happy snaps - thank you for coming all the way and for making it such a fun and enjoyable experience." Izzy & Will
