Kersey Mill Wedding Photography in Suffolk
I was lucky enough to travel to the beautiful Suffolk countryside to shoot the wedding of Jo and Sarah in October, on behalf of the lovely Emily Tyler Photography as she had just had her little one and could no longer make the date. Big thank you to her for having me along instead!
Unusually this meant I hadn't met the girls before the wedding day, although we'd chatted A LOT by email and also Facetime, meaning I really felt I had a sense of what their wedding day was going to be like and was so excited to see their unique ideas come to life (spot all the penguins in their decor!)
The Venue at Kersey Mill is a beautiful rural Suffolk wedding venue with history that created the perfect space for these guy to celebrate their wedding. Jo waited nervously in the kiln room while Sarah was downstairs, and they walked in separately one by one to fairytale harp music. I love the emotion on both their faces throughout the ceremony, there was a lot of happy nervous giggling! After their confetti shot they hopped into the gorgeous vintage car they'd hired and took 10 minutes to take some photos and enjoy squealing about becoming wives. After the emotional speeches, I left them to an evening of dancing festivities and to devour the exceptional desert table they had laid out.
