This place is super special, for those who have never heard of it WHY is it not on your bucket list!? We stayed a few years ago as our 6th wedding anniversary and it didn’t disappoint. So when I heard they were doing intimate weddings and elopements my ears pricked up.

I’ve been dying to shoot at this location since moving becoming a London Wedding Photographer so my two pals Laura + Jim kindle offered to be my guinea pigs for it! It is SUCH a strange experience photographer another photographer (I could totally see Laura’s eyes lighting up in certain spots and I had to remind her she is a couple in this situation and not a creative director!)

These guys make my heart sing a little bit! I met them at Sarah & Tom's Battleaxes wedding a few years back and was over the moon when they asked me to document their day.

If you've seen my blog before I'm sure you've come across me talking about the unusual Shropshire wedding venue Walcot Hall as it's pretty much my favourite place to shoot! They hold an annual wedding fayre there in the Spring so I jumped at the chance to exhibit at such a beautiful place.

During the quiet season at the start of the year, I often look back to weddings I've shot over the past few years, and look at what images stand out to me after some time last past. wendy and Alexx's is one wedding I re-vist often - i was at the start of my photography career and it was a fantastic wedding to attend, photograph and be part of. Friends & Family were really at the centre of the whole thing - Wendy & Alexx wanted to spend as much time with them as possible.
