The Druidstone Hotel Wedding in Wales in Winter - Sarah & Iwan

Druidstone Hotel Winter Wedding

I am ob-sessed with this wedding! Flower crowns, sparkly bridesmaids dresses, post-ceremony sausage roll canapés, running down to the beach for couple photos (and into the sea!) a relaxed hotel reception by the coast and a wild, wild party. All the elements of a wonderful wedding and joining of these two lovely, lovely people.

The church ceremony was genuinely the loveliest I have ever witnessed with a hilarious vicar, some beautiful harp playing and also guitar sung by their close friend too. Although Sarah was the tiniest bit late it actually ended up adding a lot of hilarity to the service and was a running theme throughout. Sarah surprised Iwan by saying her vows in Welsh (you should have seen his face!) which was wonderful too.

After the ceremony and confetti, we hopped in the vintage caravan to run about on the beach for a bit (they both more than willingly swapped to wellies!) before heading to their relaxed wedding venue The Druidstone to continue to celebrations including fireworks for all their guests later that evening.

I also shot a highlights video for them too so do scroll down the bottom or click here to view that too.

“We’ve just spent the last hour looking over the photos and videos (multiple times)- they are perfect! We can’t tell you how pleased we are with them, you’ve done such an incredible job and we love them. Such a lovely little box they’ve come in as well! They are so natural, you’ve definitely captured the mood of the day!”
