Pimhill Barns Wedding Venue

Just before I tell you all about this beautiful wedding please take a moment to read Selina's words.. genuinely welled up a little when i got this email! It's always nerve wracking sending off a gallery even if you love it and know you've done a great job (usually I just sit staring at the screen refreshing my emails!) so receiving something like this make me feel so happy. I particularly love that Selina has touched on being critical on yourself in your wedding photos, it's something I see SO much and makes me really sad - when you're happy you are your BEST self and you should always remember that when looking back at your wedding photos…

"Omg Florence ...

We were on route to the new Forrest for a cheeky little family weekend away when I watched the slideshow and a balled my eyes out...then I flicked through the images you took and I just couldn’t contain myself ( I may of been trying to show Adam whilst he was driving!) they are beyond perfect and have summed up our day perfectly. We have adored looking through at the images you captured that we missed on the day..or moments that we thought nothing off suddenly caught in the moment are extremely special. Ad and I always joked that I will pick at our wedding photos and criticise myself ( as I always tend to do) picking at stupid flaws such as wrinkles on my forehead..visible pours on my nose ect ect...I can honestly say not one of your beautiful pictures have I looked at and made any negative judgement about  myself  instead I have looked it each image lovingly and even commented how beautiful I looked..how happy I was ... how magical those moments were. We can’t thank-you enough or capturing all the things we didn’t see such as Adams face As I made my entrance and those sneaky pictures taken of the children playing and celebrating all day long, Thank you for creating images we cannot wait to share with everybody and look forward to looking back on when we are grey and old. I can’t believe we now have to go through and make a choice about photos for our album...I look forward to this final stage with great excitement...Thankyou soo much Florence!

All our love and best wishes, Selina & Adam"

OKAY now you've read all that, let me tell you a bit about these two! I met them at Sweeney Hal wedding fair last year and we clicked instantly (apparently I swore in front of them and then was really apologetic but it made them think I was funny and down to earth so they booked me...!). We met up earlier in the year for their SNAP & CHAT at Attingham and they brought along Bertie the dog too which is always a good laugh, it was really great to hang out and hear more about them and how they met all that time ago. They have a lovely little boy called Rory who was very much a big part of the wedding too, being the ring bearer and generally very cute all day long! There were lots of kids running about which is always a win in my book too!

Selina looked amazing in a beautiful flower crown and beaded boho dress from French Connection (never dismiss the High Street ladies!) and hair by the lovely Chloe Taylor. After a lovely ceremony in the Barn all the guests spilled outside for drinks and nibbles, before coming back in for their speeches and then the partying later on. Selina and Adam shared a first dance before her Dad took over and him and Selina had a moment together too.

Thanks so much for having me there as part of your day guys - wishing you many more happy years to come!
