Some amazing summer DIY wedding inspiration for you today! Megan and Jamie planned most of their wedding from across the other side of the world and I can’t believe how well everything came together. Except, maybe, the weather - but then I am totally in love with these rainy ceremony photos so maybe it actually did?!

The wedding was hosted at Megan’s family’s house in Shropshire which had a beautiful big garden large enough for their tipis and a little festival wedding camping field too. They opted for an outdoor ceremony with a celebrant which I loved - so much more freedom to do what you want!

The whole day was super relaxed. There was games they’d made themselves, people chilling all around the garden with drinks and a wonderful atmosphere to it all. The sun did eventually show it’s face so they opted to have the speeches outdoors which was great - not just for me because the light was awesome but meant everything was so much more relaxed.
