After a busy summer it's lovely to catch up with my couples, hear how the planning is going and take some beautiful photos in the autumnal light too.

Freya & Phil's outdoor ceremony at the lovely Shropshire wedding venue, YHA Wilderhope Manor. 

It was an absolute honour to photograph these guys on their special day. Not only did they have an absolutely stunning wedding venue, Carthew Farm in Cornwall, but they made me feel SO welcome all day. Both families had put a huge amount of time and effort creating an elegant but relaxed day for Bonnie & Melchior, and the marquee was filled with love the whole evening. Thank you so so so much Flo! We had such a crazy-good time. Everyone was saying what a great job you did putting them all at ease - Ben, who was a wedding photographer for years, said he didn't realise that you weren't a guest for a good couple of hours because you blended so well! And of course, we loved your company. You made us both feel so relaxed and when your photographer spots you for a pint when you've forgotten your purse what more can you ask! You were the cherry on the magical cake that was our wedding day.

I know I often say this a lot but it was very hard to whittle down these to a blog post size photographs! Partly because I had a second shooter with me (thanks Marc le Galle) capturing all the boys in the morning and there are some of his shots I just LOVE, and also because these guys had so many fab guests!
